By accessing or using our website, services, or platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

✔ Provide required materials and information
✔ Communicate clearly and promptly
✔ Approve deliverables within agreed timelines
✔ Make payments as agreed

Clients acknowledge that delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.


5. Expert Responsibilities

Experts participating in the VOOOMIE Managed Digital Ecosystem™ agree to:

✔ Maintain professional conduct
✔ Deliver services to agreed standards
✔ Meet project deadlines
✔ Maintain confidentiality
✔ Follow VOOOMIE workflow protocols
✔ Cooperate with quality assurance processes

VOOOMIE GROUP reserves the right to suspend or remove Experts who fail to meet platform standards.


6. Verification of Experts

All Experts undergo a structured verification process before participation in projects.

However, VOOOMIE GROUP does not guarantee:

✔ Permanent availability of Experts
✔ Individual Expert performance beyond monitored workflow
✔ Results outside agreed project scope


7. Project Assignment

VOOOMIE GROUP retains the right to:

✔ Assign Experts based on suitability
✔ Reassign Experts if necessary
✔ Adjust workflows to maintain quality

All assignments are managed internally to ensure structured execution.


8. Payments & Fees

Clients agree to:

✔ Pay agreed project fees
✔ Follow payment schedules
✔ Pay any applicable taxes

Payment terms may include:

✔ Final delivery payments

Failure to complete payments may result in:

✔ Suspension of services
✔ Delay of delivery

9. Refund Policy

12. Communication Policy

15. Limitation of Liability

Violation may result in:

✔ Account suspension
✔ Permanent removal
✔ Legal action if necessary


18. Data Protection & Privacy

VOOOMIE GROUP takes reasonable steps to protect:

✔ Communication records

However, users acknowledge that no digital platform is completely secure.


19. Use of Platform

Users agree not to:
